After Haldeman gets his instructions, he goes down to meet with everyone else and work out a plan to "handle the situation" that fits with the boss' wishes.<br /><br />All the top people from the White House and Nixon's reelection campaign are there. They meet for a couple of hours and then go their separate ways.
