The job of a leader is to appoint the right people. Little to suggest Obama has learned from that, although the new CJCS is an interesting pick. But to expand on JB's point, the business of selecting admistration executives and judges is a fundamental one, and Obama just doesn't seem to care.<br /><br />Two years ago, I'd say too much vetting on the political office's part, but there is something more rotten now.charlienoreply@blogger.com
