Computer generated geometrically simple congressional districts that lead to a run off in the general election between the top two vote-getters in an open (Vote for one but cross ballot selection possible)nominating process. That could mean a Democrat and Republican, two Republicans or two Democrats, or in some cases a true known independent. That would at least ensure full participation opportunities for all voters.

  5. I like the idea of 18 year terms for the Supreme Court, but the change I would like to see is non-gerrymandered congressional districts, including eliminating majority-minority districts. While there would still be some very safe congressional seats, the majority of seats would be reasonably competitive.
